Weaving in ends ~ a horror?

I have finished knitting front and back of Estefan by Brandon Mably a design from the Rowan Magazine 55.

But I do not have woven in the ends on the go, so I have to sew them in now, before I can finish the garment.

Ends to sew in on the front

Ends to sew in on the front

Some of you mentioned that they are always weaving in the ends while knitting, even the master himself has sent me a message to do so.
